Join the American Brachytherapy Society for Toward Systemic Brachytherapy: Incorporating Radiopharmaceuticals into Your Practice Symposium. This 3-hour symposium on November 7th at 12:00 pm Eastern will delve into how radiopharmaceutical therapy (RPT) is becoming an increasingly valuable tool in cancer management. Even though RPT delivery is a core competency for radiation oncologists and has been a part of our armamentarium for years, comprehensive training in the range of treatment options and their indications is often lacking during residency education, and many radiation oncologists in active practice are not sure how best to integrate RPT into their clinics. In this session developed by the ABS, we will review the fundamentals of RPT, how to construct a viable RPT service, and explore where RPT may be headed.
