Brian Moran Scholarship

In honor of Dr. Brian Moran, a pioneer in prostate cancer treatment and education, the American Brachytherapy Society (ABS) is offering an exceptional pathways for hands-on training in LDR prostate brachytherapy.

Attend the ABS Prostate Workshop – October 15–18 at the JW Marriott, Palm Desert (Ten (10) scholarships are available and open to all residents. Selection will be based on demonstrated interest in LDR prostate brachytherapy, career goals, and promise in advancing the field)

Immerse yourself in the fundamentals of LDR and HDR prostate brachytherapy through the ABS Prostate Workshop. As a Moran Scholarship Awardee, you’ll receive:

• $1,000 stipend to support travel and lodging and a complimentary registration to the workshop

You’ll gain practical experience by:

• Hands-on training with key thought leaders in prostate brachytherapy
• Phantom-based simulations to build procedural confidence
• Targeted didactic sessions focused on clinical application
